The Lahore High Court in Pakistan refused to return a 14-year-old Christian girl to her family after she was abducted, forcefully converted to Islam, and forcefully married to her abductor.

A Muslim mob in northern Nigeria agitated over the killing of a woman by a man they believed had converted to Christianity, hacked a pastor to death with machetes and burned down his home, church and school.

Nitish Kumar, a 16-year-old Christian from India’s Bihar state, was attacked by unknown assailants wielding acid. Forty-six days later, Nitish succumb to his wounds and died at Apollo Hospital on September 26.

The Muslim father of a 20-year-old convert to Christianity in Uganda on Sunday (Aug. 15) killed him for refusing to recant his faith. He was arrested and charged not with murder, but with the lesser crime of manslaughter.
